The Doxa Youth Foundation Cadetship Program assists talented young people from socially and financially disadvantaged backgrounds to attend university.   With the support of over 40 significant companies from the law, finance, community services, science and engineering sectors the program has trained and supported over 300 talented cadets from backgrounds of extreme disadvantage into professional roles. Cadets are provided with professional work wear, textbook allowance and professional development training. 

One of the highlights of the program is the relevant workplace experience with a sponsor company and an industry mentor that guides them through their education and into a career. With the intrinsic support from the business sector, the program is creating Melbourne’s next generation of Award Winners!

Gewurzhaus (German for ‘spice house’) is a retailer of premium herbs, spices and spice blends offering customers a high quality product in an interactive retail environment.

MBD Energy

The Victorian Youth Mentoring Alliance (VYMA) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation providing leadership and expertise to ensure the growth of quality youth mentoring across the State.

Youth mentoring provides structured and trusting relationships that bring young people together with volunteer mentors who offer guidance, support and encouragement.

Since its establishment in 2005 the Alliance has become accepted as the voice of more than 200 youth mentoring programs in Victoria.  Today, the VYMA provides an effective mix of consultation, professional development, resource development and advocacy.
